We accept a wide range of payment methods at MintServers, from regular credit cards to local bank options like iDEAL, Bancontact and Przelewy24. Which ones you see depends on where you are and, just as importantly, on how you are paying.
There is one thing worth knowing up front: some payment methods are only available when topping up your account balance, not at normal checkout. Here is exactly what is available where, and why.
Available At Checkout

- PayPal (A card must be added)

- Link by Stripe, for saved one click checkout.

Available Through Account Balance
- PayPal without an added card.
- iDEAL for the Netherlands.
- Bancontact for Belgium.
- Przelewy24 for Poland.
- giropay and SOFORT for Germany.
- EPS for Austria.
- MB WAY and Multibanco for Portugal.
- Bizum for Spain.
- MobilePay for Denmark and Finland.
- Pay by Bank, Alipay and Scalapay
Ordering With Your Preferred Method
If the method you want is in the balance list, you can still use it to pay for a server. The process takes one extra step:
- Go to Balance in your MintServers dashboard.
- Choose an amount that covers your server, then click Continue to payment.
- Pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, or whichever method you prefer. Your balance updates within seconds.
- Order your server as normal. Your balance is used automatically, so there is nothing extra to select.
From then on, every renewal is taken from your balance first. Keep it topped up and your server simply keeps running. Full details are in our guide to your account balance.
Good To Know
- Availability varies by country: the payment page only shows methods that work for your location and currency, so you will not see every option listed here.
- Your card details are never stored by us: all payments are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor. MintServers never sees or stores your card number.
