Prerequisite: Link Your AdvancedPlugins Account
To enable auto-updates, you first need to link your AdvancedPlugins account with MintServers. Check out our comprehensive guide:
How to Link Your AdvancedPlugins Account on MintServers.
Effortlessly keep your plugins up-to-date across all your Minecraft servers!
Step 1: Access the Plugins Page
Log in to your MintServers game panel and navigate to the Plugins section, just like you would when managing your server.
In the dropdown, ensure you select AdvancedPlugins as the provider.
Step 2: Locate the Auto-Updates Button
Once you're on the AdvancedPlugins provider page, you will see a green button labeled "Auto Updates." By default, this feature is enabled.
If you wish to disable automatic updates, click on the button. The button will turn red, indicating that auto-updates are now turned off.
Step 3: Enjoy Automatic Plugin Updates
With auto-updates enabled, all your purchased plugins from AdvancedPlugins will be automatically updated across all your servers. This is a global account setting, so there’s no need to manually update each server individually.
Sit back and let MintServers handle the updates so you can focus on managing your Minecraft community.
Additional Tips
- Check Plugin Status: You can always return to the Plugins page to verify the status of your plugins and the auto-update setting.
- Disable Globally: If you want to stop auto-updates for all plugins, toggle the "Auto Updates" button off.
- Keep Your AdvancedPlugins Account Linked: If your account becomes unlinked, auto-updates will no longer function.
Troubleshooting
If auto-updates are not working, ensure:
- Your AdvancedPlugins account is linked.
- The "Auto Updates" button is enabled (green).
- You have purchased the plugins you wish to update.
