🛠️ Troubleshooting Connection Issues

  • Server Offline: Ensure your server is actually running and shows as "Online" in the MintServers game panel before trying to connect.
  • Typo in Address: Double-check the IP address and port number to make sure no extra spaces were added when pasting, and ensure there is a space between "connect" and the IP.
  • Console Not Opening: Verify the developer console is properly enabled in your Keyboard/Mouse settings. If the tilde key still does not work, check your keybinds to see if it was accidentally reassigned.
  • Server Full: Check that your server is not full (Left 4 Dead 2 supports up to 8 players depending on the game mode).

If you have checked all of the troubleshooting steps above and your game is still unable to connect, no worries! Just open a support ticket and our team will gladly jump in and help you get connected to your zombie survival campaign.
