Your Support PIN is a unique code that helps us verify account ownership. Providing this PIN allows our support team to assist you quickly and securely, especially with billing or account-specific inquiries.

Finding Your Support PIN
- First, log into the MintServers Dashboard Area.
- Once you're on the main dashboard, click on your server.
- Your Support PIN will be displayed next to the Support button. Click it to automatically copy the code.
That's it! Super simple.
When Should I Use My PIN?
Provide your PIN whenever you contact support through a Discord ticket. It's the fastest way for us to confirm your identity before making changes or discussing private account details.
Don't Have a Service Yet?
If you haven't purchased any services yet and want to make inquiries or ask pre-purchase questions, simply add N/A when asked for your Support PIN. When your ticket is created and opened for you, state your concern and our support team will be happy to help with any questions you have about our services.
