How to Upload a Minecraft Bedrock World
Welcome! Bringing your single-player Bedrock world to your server is the perfect way to share your progress with friends. Let’s get your world uploaded to your MintServers panel in a few easy steps.
Step 1: Locate and Zip Your Local World
First, we need to find your world files on your computer. If you are playing on Windows, you can find them easily using the Run dialog.
- Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run window.
- Paste the following path and hit Enter:
%localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds - Locate the folder containing your world. The folders have random letters, so you may need to check the "levelname.txt" file inside them to confirm it's the right world.
- Right-click the world folder, select Compress to ZIP file (or Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder).
Step 2: Upload to the File Manager
Now that your world is packaged up, let's move it to your server.
- Log in to your MintServers game panel.
- Navigate to the File Manager in the left sidebar.
- Click the Upload button and select the
.zipfile you just created.
📝 Uploading Multiple or Large Files?

Step 3: Unarchive Your World
Once the upload reaches 100%, you need to extract the files.
- Find the uploaded
.zipfile in your File Manager. - Right-click the file (or click the three dots) and select Unarchive.
- Once extracted, take note of the exact name of the new folder.
Step 4: Update Server Properties
Finally, we need to tell your server to load this specific world folder instead of generating a new one.
- In the left-side panel, click on Server Properties.
- Find the field labeled Level Name.
- Change the text to match the exact name of your unarchived world folder.
- Click Save Content.
Step 5: Restart Your Server
Head back to the Console page and click Restart. Your server will now boot up using your custom uploaded Bedrock world. Have fun!
