HumanitZ Server Settings: Complete Configuration Guide

HumanitZ has a long list of options that let you tailor your server, from zombie difficulty and loot rarity to day length, companion dogs and base building rules. All of them live in one place in your MintServers panel, the Game Settings tab. This guide explains what each option does.

⚠️ Important Warning: Always make sure your server is completely stopped on your MintServers panel before changing settings, then start it again once you have saved.

How to Change Your Settings

  1. Log into your MintServers panel, open your HumanitZ server and click the Stop button.
  2. Click Game Settings in the left sidebar, under the Tools section.
  3. Change the options you want. Options with an on/off switch are toggles, and the rest take a number or text.
  4. Save your changes.
  5. Go back to the Console tab and click Start.
💡 Pro Tip: Every option has a short description under it in the panel. If you are ever unsure what a number means, that description tells you which value does what.

  • No Death Feedback: When on, the "player died" notification is hidden from chat. When off, it is shown.

  • Allow House Dismantle: Lets players dismantle house props.
  • Territory: When on, players in PVE cannot build in someone else's spawn point area. Only non-recruit clan members can.
  • Decay: Works together with Territory. By default it is 3600, which means a crafted Spawn Point loses 1 durability every hour, so players have to repair their spawn point.
  • Fake Building Cleanup: How long the white blueprint buildings stay in the world before being destroyed, in minutes. Set it to 0 for no cleanup.

That covers everything in the Game Settings tab. Once you have found the balance you like, save your changes and start your server. If a setting does not seem to be working, no worries! Just open a support ticket and our team will gladly take a look.
