Project Zomboid
Jazmin helped me alot to configure a project zomboid server to play with my father. great service and I get to spend time with my dad!!
Customer support is fantastic. Usually, it's an abysmal AI chatbot but my ticket was instantly switched over to Jazmin, a real person who solved my problem in like 10 minutes. I'll never switch up on mintservers.
Ben L helped me with a problem about world generation that i've been trying to use AI to solve for the past 2 hours, and he resolved the issue withing 5 minutes! Also, mint servers have been the most intuitive server creation tool that i've used (and cheapest)
Palworld
The switch feature is the most customer friendly feature a gamer could as for... the ability to switch a game from one game to another on the fly just a few click and a few mins later and your on DayZ or Palworld when you were just on Minecraft.

The control panel is genuinely easy to use, which matters a lot if you're not a server admin by trade.
