How To Download Server World To Singleplayer

Want to play your server world offline, or keep a copy? Download it from your panel and drop it into your Minecraft saves. Pick your server type below.

Java Edition (Vanilla, Spigot, Paper)

1. On the Console page, click Stop.
2. In the Files tab, select your world folder and click Archive. This makes world.zip.
3. Select world.zip and click Download.
4. In the Minecraft Launcher, open Installations, hover your version, and click the folder icon. Open the saves folder.
5. Move world.zip into saves and extract it.

Launch the game and your world will be in the Singleplayer menu!

Bedrock Edition

1. On the Console page, click Stop.
2. In the Files tab, open the worlds folder. Select your world folder (usually Bedrock level) and click Archive.
3. Download the .zip file.

4. On your PC, press Windows + R, paste this path, and press Enter:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftWorlds

5. Move the .zip into this folder and extract it.

Launch Minecraft and your world will be in your worlds list!

Modded Java

A modded world only works with its own modpack, so it goes in that modpack's saves folder.

1. Stop your server, then archive and download your world folder (Java steps 1 to 3 above).
2. In your launcher (for example the CurseForge App), click ... on your modpack and select Open Folder.

3. Open the saves folder, move world.zip in, and extract it.
4. Launch the game with that same modpack.
